Cosmetic Use Only: All Krisindi Healing products are for topical cosmetic use only and are formulated in accordance with AICIS and international cosmetic regulations.
Not Therapeutic Goods: Krisindi Healing products are not medical products and make no claims to treat or prevent any health condition.
Patch Test Disclaimer: We recommend a patch test prior to use and advise discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Individual Results Vary: Results may vary depending on skin type, usage, and other individual factors.

All prices listed are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including pricing errors or suspected misuse.

Krisindi Healing offers Buy Now, Pay Later options via Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Use of these services is subject to the respective provider’s eligibility and terms.
Any disputes regarding credit limits or payment plans must be resolved directly with the BNPL provider.
Refunds for purchases made via Afterpay or Zip will be processed through the same provider.

Domestic Shipping (Australia): Orders are shipped via our nominated carrier within 2–4 business days.
International Shipping: Duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external delays beyond our control.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described. In such cases, we will also refund the original shipping cost.
Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted at our discretion, provided the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days in saleable condition.
For change-of-mind returns: - Original shipping charges are non-refundable. - Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Our products contain natural ingredients, plant extracts, essential oils and vitamins.
All ingredients are clearly listed on product packaging and our website.
Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should review all ingredients before purchasing.
Our packaging and production environment may come into contact with traces of nuts, soy or gluten.
Packaging design or material may change for supply or sustainability reasons without notice. Product formulations remain unchanged unless stated.
